6. Expanding the project team

In order to server our third goal - embedding the program in a sustainable way into NHH's organization - we expanded the project team.

These are not easy times and the current situation has a major impact on our work. However, we were able to follow up on our third goal to embed the program into NHH’s organization. A particular worry was that the program should not be too person dependent in the sense that the program is on solid footing even if the program manager is suddenly not available anymore.

We therefore decided to extend the faculty participating in the program management by Malin Arve and Maximilian Todtenhaupt. We are also happy to welcome Claudia Förster Hegrenæs to the team. Claudia will develop a preparation module on intercultural communication.

Furthermore, two past participants of the Innovation School, Frid Helén Olsen Hop and Raymond Lægreid signaled their willingness to act as student representative. It is invaluable to have them on board and to use them as sparring partners for our ideas.

We also decided to create an academic advisory board that will advise us during the process of developing a state-of-the-art academic program. Bram Timmermans, profile coordinator of NBD, agreed to join as well as Uwe Walz from the Goethe University Frankfurt. One spot in the committee is still unfilled but we are confident to fill it soon.
