Claudia Förster Hegrenæs joined the Norwegian School of Economics as a Research Scholar in 2012. She holds a Master of Arts in English with a specialization in English Linguistics from the University of Bergen (2011).

Her research focuses on the specific demands and processes professional translators face in their work life.  More specifically, in a comparative study between Norwegian and German students of translation, her doctoral project looks into the development of professional translation competence.

Claudia teaches English for Business at NHH.
