Agnes joined the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in 2019 as PhD Research Scholar. She holds an MA in Applied Linguistics from the University of London (2018), a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from University College London and an MSc in Business from NHH.

Agnes is an Intercultural communications professional with a multi-disciplinary background, she has extensive business coaching and facilitation experience and strong networking, relationship building and project management skills.

Agnes has worked as an intercultural facilitator with a diverse client base across a range of sectors, including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, energy, financial services, automative and manufacturing.

Agnes was born and grew up in Norway and has lived in South Africa and for many years in the UK. Agnes’ corporate work experience is from the financial services sector in London.

Agnes has been Vice President of the Norwegian-British Chamber of Commerce and a board member for the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research  in the UK.
