Leadership group

The leadership group at the Department of Strategy and Management aims to generate and disseminate knowledge that advance our understanding on how to effectively manage organizations.

The leadership group is interdisciplinary, and the research applies theories from fields such as social psychology and organizational behavior, using a variety of methodological approaches.

Among the current research themes are leadership in modern organizations, decision-making and risk taking, team and team management, and negotiation and conflict management.
