Silas Braun is a second-year PhD Research Scholar at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), at the Department of Strategy and Management. Silas studies the aftermath of mistakes and its effects on teams and work groups. His research interests include reactions to errors, psychological safety, communication, and trust in teams.
Silas holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management from the University of Cologne and a Master of Business Engineering with a focus on Innovation Management from the Université catholique de Louvain.
At NHH, Silas is part of the CORE (Cooporation Research) group and of the DIG (Digital Innovation for Growth) research center.
