New credit card scheme for travel and expenses

NHH now offers AirPlus corporate cards with company liability (formerly Eurocard) to employees who need to cover work-related expenses and travels. The card is to be used exclusively for work-related expenses.

Up until now, NHH has offered corporate cards with personal liability. This is now being changed to corporate cards with company liability and individual invoicing. You will not be subject to a credit check to obtain the card.

Having a separate corporate card makes it easier to distinguish between private and work-related expenses, as the corporate card is strictly for work-related use.

How it works

You will receive the invoice from AirPlus and pay it yourself before being reimbursed through your travel expense claim in Unit4.

To obtain a corporate card, you must first sign an agreement with NHH. Once the agreement is signed, you can complete the application form for the corporate card.

Do you need a credit card?

If you only incur one or two expenses or trips per year, it is generally not necessary to apply for a corporate credit card.
