New and updated welfare offers for employees
Get to know NHH's discount offers, training offers, priority in kindergarten admissions and learn more about Småbruket.
In 2024, a project was initiated to gather, highlight and further develop the welfare offers for employees at NHH. In May, a survey was conducted about the welfare offers, which created great engagement in the organization. Over 230 people responded to the survey and gave their input. Later, welfare offers were a topic at the Town Hall meeting.
'Based on the input from the organization, we can now share several exciting news. We have new discount offers and have reviewed the scheme for training. We hope that employees will make use of both new and existing welfare offers,' says Carina Ottesen, HR Director at NHH.

Here you will find a comprehensive overview of both existing and new offers, including discounts within culture, sports, exercise and wellness.
New scheme for sponsored exercise
From 1 February 2025, NHH will introduce a subsidy support of 200 NOK. This support can be used for membership in fitness centers, as well as activities under the auspices of the Norwegian Corporate Sports Association and federations that are members of the Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and Confederation of Sports (NIF).
The new scheme replaces the agreement with Sammen and gives employees greater flexibility to choose activities that suit their lifestyle. The goal is to support more types of physical activity, also outside fitness centers, while promoting health, well-being and unity among employees.
Continued discount at Sammen Trening
Employees can still exercise at a discounted price at Sammen Trening. From 1 January 2025, the corporate rate is 509 NOK per month.
NHH will also continue with free group work out sessions in Lehmkuhlhallen for all employees twice a week.
New discount offers – culture, sports and well-being!
We have also entered into several new agreements that provide employees with good offers in areas such as culture, sports and well-being. These are offers that we hope will contribute to both relaxation and inspiration in everyday life.
Engagement across the organisation
The work has been carried out by a group with representatives from different parts of the organisation.
