Won national master’s award
Embla Jansen and Stine-Mari Stavik won the ISACA Norway Chapter's award for best master's thesis. They have examined how the share market reacted to 42 of the world’s biggest cyberattacks.
Carsten Bienz joined the Norwegian School of Economics in 2006 as an Assistant Professor. He became a tenured Associate Professor in 2009. Carsten holds a Diploma in Economics from Eberhardt Karls University Tübingen and a doctorate in Finance from Goethe University Frankfurt. Prior to coming to NHH, he spent a year as a post-doc at the London School of Economics from 2005-2006. His research focuses on Private Equity, Venture Capital, Fixed Income, Financial Contracting and Compensation in the Finance Industry.

Investors around the world are developing environmentally friendly solutions. The growth of green finance is accelerating at record speed. ‘They are now asking themselves how they can make the effects of their investments visible,’ says NHH researcher Carsten Bienz.
