Because How We Work TOGETHER Matters.
Everyday work at NHH brings together people from many backgrounds. Sometimes that means different expectations about meetings, feedback, or leadership. In Norwegian workplaces, unspoken rules often shape how we collaborate. For some, it feels natural. For others, it can be confusing or even frustrating.
This workshop brings Norwegians and Internationals together to reflect on both differences and similarities, unpack cultural codes, and share experiences. The workshop will equip you with tacit knowledge required for building long-term successful collaborations and networks across cultures.
The workshop will be led by the highly acclaimed public-speaker and writer Lorelou Desjardins. Lorelou is an experienced facilitator on workplace integration and cultural practices in Norway. She is well-known for her best-selling books A Frog in the Fjord : One Year in Norway and How to be Norwegian.
Please register before 12 September, at noon.
This event is part of PROJECT BELONG - NHH’s initiative to strengthen gender and cultural balance by creating mentor networks, training opportunities, and platforms for talent recognition.
