At the heart of NMP is a strong peer network, practical strategic frameworks, and space for personal reflection. Participants are encouraged to explore their leadership purpose, identify paths for meaningful transformation, and develop concrete solutions to pressing organisational challenges. The programme is open to both editorial and business-side leaders from across the Nordic media sector.
A signature element of NMP is the exceptional time devoted to peer collaboration. Participants bring real-life challenges to the workshops, which are addressed through structured learning formats inspired by design thinking, leadership consulting and participatory strategy. The learning process is guided by expert coaches with deep experience in strategy, change and leadership.
Target Group
The programme is designed for media professionals in leadership positions – both on the editorial and commercial side – who wish to develop their leadership practice, strengthen their organisation’s strategic capacity, and explore new ways of leading through complexity and change.
Participants are typically directors, editors-in-chief, publishers, department heads, or designated successors to such roles.
