Sign up for a free first aid course

What do you do if an accident happens? Join the free first aid course, and learn CPR and other important first aid skills.

The Office og Property Management invites all employees to a free first aid course with the Red Cross.
You can choose between the following times:
There are a maximum of 20 participants per course.
Remember to register, use the links above!
Where? LAB2 at NHH

Course content

  • Alert 113
  • Patient examination
  • Unconsciousness
  • Recovery position
  • Airway obstruction
  • Free airways
  • CPR
  • Demo in the use of defibrillators
  • Info about where the defibrillators at NHH are located
The course starts with a theory section and then the participants will be divided into groups to practice CPR. Finally, there will be a demonstration of the defibrillator and information about where the defibrillators are located at NHH.
All course participants will have access to the Red Cross digital first aid book, and participants will receive their course certificate digitally.
There will be light refreshments.
