NHH invites faculty to host the ENGAGE.EU Winter School in January 2026

NHH is seeking faculty members to host the ENGAGE.EU Winter School in January 2026. Apply by April 21 to take part in this exciting opportunity!
What is Winter School?
The Winter School is an intensive hybrid program that brings together students from across the alliance to tackle pressing societal challenges. It combines virtual and in-person elements, fostering academic collaboration and intercultural exchange.
Key details
Date: January 2026, preferably in the first half
Target group: Master’s students within the ENGAGE.EU alliance (may also be open to advanced bachelor’s students)
Credits: 3–5 ECTS
Duration: Hybrid format with virtual sessions before and/or after the in-person component, which lasts 5 –10 days on campus
Expected number of participants: 50–60 students
do you have a course idea?
We invite faculty members to propose a topic and an outline for the Winter School and to take the lead in running the program.
What we are looking for:
Topic: The program should align with the mission of ENGAGE.EU and be linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Previous Winter/Summer Schools have covered topics such as sustainable economy, digital transformation, and social innovation.

Content: Faculty at NHH propose a topic that will be further developed and taught in collaboration with faculty from 2–3 ENGAGE.EU partner institutions.
Format: Hybrid format, combining virtual and in-person components. The in-person segment will take place at NHH and last 5–10 days, complemented by virtual sessions before and/or after.
The program should encourage active participation, critical thinking, and skill development relevant to both academic and professional careers.
