The first of three free first aid courses at NHH was completely booked. There are still places available on 9 and 10 April. Secure your spot today!

How was I supposed to do that, you might be thinking? Check if they are breathing, recovery position maybe, is something stuck in their throat?
There are many thoughts when you get into a situation where someone needs help.
'Don't be afraid to call 113,' was the clear advice from the experienced Red Cross instructor.
In three hours, the participants on the first aid course got to practice examining a patient, what to do if someone is unconscious, recovery position, airway obstructions and CPR.
