What do you think about the work environment at NHH?
Share your opinion in the Work Environment Survey (ARK). On 14 October, all employees will receive an email with the survey.

We are approaching the implementation of the Work Environment Survey (ARK) and we need your voice!
Systematic development work
NHH uses ARK as a tool for systematically developing the work environment, just like many others in the higher education sector.
By sharing your experience, you help us identify what we are doing right and where we have room for improvement. We are all part of the team, and every voice counts!
Co-determination is the foundation of the ARK processes. This means that together we will identify areas for improvement and preservation. In ARK, the work environment is about the work itself; how we plan, organize, and carry out the work.
Response deadline 4 November
The survey is open for three weeks, from 14 October to 4 November. You will receive an email with a personal link from ark-kontakt@ntnu.no.
It takes about 15 minutes to complete the anonymous survey.
