Enhance Your Teaching Skills with the BRIDGE Program: Applications Open

The BRIDGE programme, part of ENGAGE.EU and hosted by Tilburg University, offers faculty members an opportunity to develop and refine their skills in executive education.

Over the course of 10 intensive days, participants gain valuable insights and tools to enhance their teaching effectiveness and engage more confidently with professional and executive learners.

The upcoming program starts in December and includes three modules—two delivered on-site at the TIAS Business School in Tilburg and one online. There may be options to cover fees and related expenses for those incorporating the program into their 200-hour pedagogy training.

Programme highlights

The BRIDGE programme is designed to help faculty feel more comfortable teaching executive education, offering practical tools such as storytelling and case study methods, as well as insights into tailoring content for different audiences.

One past participant, Elisa Casi-Eberhard, found the programme to be valuable. “I now feel more confident using teaching tools like storytelling and case studies and have a better understanding of the needs of different student groups,” she said.

The BRIDGE programme also provides participants with the opportunity to learn from experienced lecturers and exchange ideas with peers, making it a valuable experience for both personal development and improving classroom outcomes.

How to Apply

Faculty members at NHH who are interested in joining the next BRIDGE programme are encouraged to apply by October 20. Please contact your department regarding your application, and for more information, please contact Frank Mortensen. Don’t miss this opportunity to enhance your teaching skills and engage more effectively with executive learners.
