Previously Kari Økland Lien worked as a teacher and publishing editor. She also holds a Master of Management and find it very meaningful to work in the field of education at the Section for Study Programmes and Quality.

'In my position I am responsible for the administrative management of several subjects within the Executive Master of Management. This includes handling all practical aspects of implementing our offerings. Additionally, I serve as the administrative team leader for the Custom portfolio, where we approach everything we do from a development-oriented perspective,' says Lien.

She also oversees the administrative tasks related to the Custom Programmes.

'What I find exciting about the position is the opportunity to work with education from a different perspective than before, and to facilitate and create positive experiences for students. I greatly value contributing to the development and quality of the educational offerings,' says Lien.

Ask has changed Offices

Katrine Ask-Rysstad is also new at NHH Executive. She is a well-known face from NHH's Office of Communications and External Relations, and has now taken up a position as digital marketing adviser at NHH Executive.

'Here I will, among other things, help develop NHH Executive's customer journeys, as well as create content for advertising, have agency follow-up and carry out other marketing activities,' says Ask-Rysstad.

Her position is newly created, and is part of the Section for Market and Development.

'NHH has been a safe and good workplace for almost five years, with good colleagues in the offices - but also collaboration across the organisation. The position at NHH Executive offers new challenges, exciting tasks and the opportunity for even more professional development,' says Ask-Rysstad with a smile.
