News about the salary negotiations 2024
The decision of the National Salary Board in the dispute cases against each major union and the state is now finalized.
The Office of HR will provide further information about the implementation of this year's salary negotiations at NHH, as soon as we have received the necessary information from the Ministry of Digitalisation and Public Governance and the Ministry of Education and Research.
Summary of the National Salary Board's decisions:
“Akademikerne” and UNIO
Are to negotiate locally within 2.7% of the wage mass as of May 1, 2024. The effective date is set to June 2, 2024 (“Akademikerne”) and June 5, 2024 (UNIO). This is a reduction compared to the state's offer in the wage negotiations, due to a new calculation of overhang and salary slippage.
Members of LO state (NTL) and YS state (Parat)
Are given a central supplement of 0.75% on the fixed salary for all - effective from May 1, 2024. Locally, the parties are to negotiate within 2.15% of the wage mass as of May 1, 2024. The effective date is set to May 1, 2024.
As previously mentioned, the wage negotiations at NHH will be completed by the end of January 2025, with payment in February 2025.
