Good first months at FAIR

Jon Gunnar Tufta and Katarzyna Maria Kosela-Dordevic strengthen the administrative team at FAIR.

In permanent positions, Katarzyna Maria Kosela-Dordevic and Jon Gunnar Tufta have had a good first few months in the FAIR administration.

Kosela-Dordevic works with follow up of externally funded projects (including EU and Research Council projects), reports, budgets, carry out forecasts and accounting analyzes for the center management and researchers and contribute to further developing financial routines for the center.

'It is exciting to work with Norway's best researchers in inequality research and to be a part of an international team. I am very excited to be part of such an exciting and varied work environment as we have at FAIR. I hope I can contribute with my experience and knowledge to be good administrative support for FAIR researchers,' says Kosela-Dordevic.

She har a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in management. In the years 2014-2023 Kosela-Dordevic worked at the University of Bergen and for almost the entire period she was part of the SFF center Birkeland Center as administrative coordinator and economist.

managing the infrastructure 

Jon Gunnar Tufta is a Research Data Manager, and is responsible for managing the infrastructure for registry data at FAIR.

'The main purpose of the position is to make it easier for researchers at FAIR to conduct research on registry data. I find it very exciting to contribute to research and thereby new knowledge,' says Tufta. 

He has a background from the University of Bergen with a degree in Information Science. Tufta has worked for 17 years at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health managing and providing health registry data for research, among other things.
