Leading Change Across the Organization
On Wednesday January 23 2019 Kjersti Berg Danilova will hold a trial lecture on a prescribed topic and defend her thesis for the PhD degree at NHH.
Kjersti Berg Danilova holds a Ph.D from NHH Norwegian School of Economics. Her main research interests are digital transformation/digitalization, business process management, organizational tensions, and organizational change. She is particularly interested in the role of leaders in leading change across the organization, for instance during digital transformation or cross-functional business process change.
Before starting her Ph.D, Kjersti Berg Danilova completed an MSc in Economics and Business Administration at NHH, as well as a graduate degree in French and Russian languages and linguistics at University of Bergen. In addition, she worked 7 years in middle management positions.
Kjersti Berg Danilova also teaches courses and gives lectures in business process management, project management and digital transformation.
