Systematic Quality Assurance at NHH

The quality system is designed to ensure the formal aspects of quality assurance and contribute to NHH's ability to:

  • Achieve the education-related goals outlined in the institution's strategy.
  • Meet the requirements of national and international accreditations.
  • Conduct systematic quality assurance and continuous improvement of all educational offerings.
  • Ensure compliance and proper documentation.

The quality system consists of three main components:

  • System description: Defines areas of responsibility and specifies minimum requirements for quality assurance and evaluation of education.
  • Process descriptions: Provides detailed routines for key processes.
  • Mandates: Outlines the responsibilities for key roles and formal bodies involved in quality assurance.

Quality Areas

To work systematically with quality assurance, we have divided the concept of educational quality into five areas: admission quality, framework quality, program quality, teaching quality, and graduate quality. Within each of these areas, the quality system is designed to contribute to both quality assurance and quality development of the educational offerings.

Accreditation and Establishment of Study Programs

Here you will find our internal procedures for the accreditation and establishment of degree-granting study programs, as well as for the creation of master profiles.

Periodic Program Evaluations

Here you will find the procedures for periodic program evaluations at all levels, as well as the latest program evaluation reports for full-time bachelor's and master's programs.

Reports and Surveys

Here you will find the latest annual report to the Ministry of Education and Research (KD), as well as the most recent results from various internal and external surveys. These results are used in the ongoing work to improve the quality of education.
