Organisation and Responsibility Distribution

Organisation and Responsibility Distribution

NHH’s organizational model, in which its degree programmes are academically organized through a matrix structure, influences how responsibility for quality assurance is distributed across different roles.
Each degree programme has a designated Programme Director who, in educational matters, operates across and above the departmental structure. The departments are responsible for delivering courses (the supply side), while the Programme Directors represent and oversee the demand side. In addition, each programme offered by NHH Executive (NHHE) has its own Programme Director or Academic Coordinator. For more information on the organizational structure and allocation of responsibilities, see Chapter 2 of the System Description.
