Appointed Rector and external Chair of the Board
NHH is changing its management model from elected to appointed Rector and external Chair of the Board. This was decided by the NHH Board today.
The majority of the Board members voted in favor of the new management model.
The majority that voted for the change consisted of NHH’s Rector, both the two student Board members, all four external members, one representative from the faculty and the representative for the administrative staff. In total, nine of the eleven Board members voted in favor of the new model.
