Xiaoguang Wu is a PhD Research Scholar at the Department of Strategy and Management, NHH. He holds an MSc Entrepreneurship from University College London (UCL) and an MBA from the University of Science and Technology, Bejing. Before entering academia, he was an entrepreneur for twelve years. He was also a polyglot linguist based on his Postgraduate Diploma in Conference Interpretation from the University of International Business and Economics and a BA in Korean Studies from Beijing Language and Culture University.
Xiaoguang’s research interests include entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial strategy, sustainability, business ethics and people involved in these fields. Currently, he explores the sustained growth of startups using experimental and multidisciplinary methods.
