Victoria S. Nydegger Schrøder is a PhD Research Scholar at the Department of Professional and Intercultural Communication at NHH Norwegian School of Economics. Her research interests include corporate communication, intercultural communication and translation.
Drawing on experience from her career within communications and marketing, Schrøder's PhD project deals with internal corporate communications in multinational corporations (MNCs). More specifically, she is studying the role of translation when organisational practices travel across linguistic and cultural borders.
Schrøder holds a Master of Science in Management from EMLYON Business School (Lyon, France), a Certificate of translation methodology from ESIT - École Supérieure d'Interprètes et de Traducteurs (Paris, France) and a Bachelor's degree in French language from the University of Bergen, Norway.
In 2014 Schrøder passed the National Translator Accreditation Exam from French to Norwegian at NHH.
