Biography
Erika Povea is a PhD candidate at the Department of Economics and affiliated to the Center for Experimental Research on Fairness, Inequality and Rationality (FAIR). She joined the Department in August 2021. Her primary research interests are in labour economics and applied microeconomics.
Erika employs administrative data from Norway and Colombia to evaluate the impacts of early life conditioning on inequality, human capital development and employment.
