Tiril is a PhD Research Scholar at the Department of Economics, affiliated with FAIR. She works under the supervision of Andreas Haller.
Her main research centres on labour markets and public economics, focusing on policy implications of demographic change. Her current work examines elderly care and pension schemes in ageing populations.
She holds a M.Sc in Economic Analysis from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a B.Sc in Economics, also from NHH.
