Most people seem to agree; a reduction in sugar content in grocery products is overall positive. However, which means to use to obtain such a reduction, is under debate.

One might ask whether the Government’s increase in the Norwegian sugar tax from January this year was mostly a mean to balance state budgets rather than a well thought of change in regulations.
