- Errors during the execution of the exam (e.g. incorrect instructions).

What happens if your appeal is upheld?
Appeals are processed in accordance with Section 11-9 of the Act relating to universities and university colleges. If your appeal is upheld, your exam result will be annulled. Then:
- New grading: If feasible, the exam will undergo a new blind assessment (the assessors will not be informed of the appeal).
- New exam: If re-grading cannot correct the error, a new exam will be offered.
If the error is found to have affected multiple candidates, the outcome may apply to all affected students.
