Biography and CV

Mascha is a fourth year PhD candidate at the Department of Economics. She is affiliated with FAIR and supervised by Katrine V. Løken. Her primary research interest lies in the area of empirical labor economics. In her research, she tries to understand how the consequences of adverse labor market shocks potentially interact with gender norms using administrative data from Norway. Prior to joining NHH, Mascha obtained her bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Bergen.
