Daniel Duque is a PhD candidate at the Department of Economics at the Norwegian School of Economics and is affiliated to the Center for Experimental Research on Fairness, Inequality and Rationality (FAIR). He joined the Department in August 2020.
Daniel's main interests are found in the areas of social policy, education and labour economics, with a particular aptitude for labor supply, social mobility and inequality, specially in developing countries.
Before joining NHH, Daniel obtained a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Economics from the Rio de Janeiro Federal University. His previous work experiences include Research Assistance at Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-RJ) and EPGE Brazilian School of Economics and Finance (FGV EPGE), besides consulting for the World Bank and Brazilian institutions, such as Brazilian Institute of Economics (IBRE/FGV) and CLP - Center of Public Leadership
