The Supreme Court violates the Constitution
Petter Bjerksund and Guttorm Schjelderup: The Supreme Court has, open-eyed, set the standard interest far too high. Consequently, the compensations paid are too low.
The Supreme Court has, in fact, set a standard interest that it knows is too high. According to the usual practice, the Supreme Court, in our opinion, acts contrary to the Constitution, Petter Bjerksund and Guttorm Schjelderup write.
