Gave the government advice about research and innovation in the transport sector

This week the Ministry of Transport received the report Transport21. It is a contribution to strategy for research, development and innovation in the transport sector, directed towards the government, R&D actors and business.

- We need ambitions, new ideas and advanced transport technology to solve the future challenges in Norwegian transport, State Secretary Allan Ellingsen says in a press release (in Norwegian).

Professor Stein W. Wallace, Department of Business and Management Science, and Head of Centre for Shipping and Logistics, is a member of the strategy group (text and link to the report in Norwegian) that gives advice to the Ministry of Transport.
