Autumn 2025

Spring 2025
  • Topics

The purpose of the course is to develop the participants' understanding of themselves and their interactions with others. The course also aims to develop the participants' personal aspects of leadership. In this course, experiences with strategic leadership and sustainability are also addressed. Throughout the course, participants will be exposed to exercises, simulations, and training in various challenging situations to learn, experience, and reflect on their own interactions with others. Students will participate in and solve team-based business cases on the future of corporate solutions. The course will also include lectures, research literature, and class debates. A central method is working with practical group processes and exercises, with an emphasis on dialogue and direct feedback.
