Safety representatives
The role of the safety representative is to safeguard employees’ interests in matters relating to the physical and psychosocial working environment.
As the employees’ representative, the safety representatives assists in cases relating to breaches of the working environment and speaks on behalf of the employees.
The person who is allocated the responsibility is elected based on their experience and knowledge, for a term of two years of at a time.
