Biography

Qquillaccori is a Ph.D. Research Scholar at the Department of Economics. She is affiliated with FAIR and works under the supervision of Aline Bütikofer and Andreas Haller. She holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Mannheim, a B.Sc. in Economics from Rey Juan Carlos University and a B.Sc. in International Relations from the same institution.

Her main research lies at the intersection of labour and public economics, with a focus on social insurance, gender, and the study of inequality. Her current work uses Norwegian administrative data to examine how institutional design - from pension reform to simplified tax schemes for migrants - affects both distributional outcomes and individual behavour across the life cycle.
