The BELONG project started 1st April 2024 and receives 1.2 million NOK from the Research Council of Norway under the BALANSE framework.

There is an increasing emphasis on internationalization among top business schools globally. Diversity and Inclusion initiatives are therefore multi-dimensional and encompass gender as well as cultural aspects. Creating policies that foster gender and international diversity is crucial for business schools to remain competitive in the international market.

BELONG will address the cultural integration and career progression frictions by proposing measures to influence the culture at NHH. The project will involve both national and international members at NHH, who can all benefit from mentor-networks, training and greater avenues for showcasing talent.

The project will help NHH fulfil its vision of being a driving force in business and society, while contributing to a more gender and internationally balanced and inclusive academic institution.
