FAIR Day 2025
On 16 - 17 September, we hosted our annual kick-off event at Panorama Hotel & Resort. The event brought together the FAIR community for academic presentations, team-building, and discussions about the future.
FAIR Day is a gathering of research, reflection, and team spirit. The event opened with a welcome talk from Bertil Tungodden (Centre Director) and practical preparation led by Sigrid Folkestad from the Communications Department at NHH. The afternoon was dedicated to academic teamwork sessions, before participants enjoyed a teambuilding activity and a shared dinner.

Day two began with PhD speed presentations from Andrea Bocchino, Ezgi Oral, Roberto Caputo, and Jingyao Wei, followed by tenure-track and postdoc presentations from Anna Hochleitner, Goya Razavi, and Daniela Horta Saenz.
Later sessions highlighted FAIR’s future: “FAIR 2.0” with Katrine V. Løken, and “FAIR 2025–2027: the best years ahead” by Bertil Tungodden.
The gathering concluded with a closing lunch and reflections on the next chapter for FAIR’s research and community.
