Radical changes

What does it take to succeed with change projects? And must all organizations now become agile, digital, and ambidextrous to succeed? In this episode of 'Ledertaffel', NHH's very own leadership podcast, we invite two experts to help answer these questions.

In episode 7 of 'Ledertaffel', we have invited Marianne Wik Sætre, director for innovation and digital channels, and Inger Stensaker, professor and leader of the RaCE research project at NHH.

We talk about radical changes and shed a light on a world where technology, markets, and customer needs are constantly changing.

At the same time, we know that many change projects are not going as planned and that especially radical changes — where companies try to implement major strategic measures — are demanding. We challenge the assumption that all businesses must continually adapt to succeed, and draw lines to the ongoing corona-pandemic.

"Lederskap" (formerly 'Ledertaffel') is in Norwegian.
