NHH launches new master's programme combining business and technology
Starting in autumn 2027, NHH will launch a new master's programme in Business, Economics and Data Science. The programme is designed for students who want to combine business and economics with data analytics and AI
The new master's programme will complement NHH's existing master's portfolio. It is aimed at students who want to specialise at the intersection of business, data analytics and artificial intelligence.
'Many students are interested in how technology and artificial intelligence can be applied in business. With this programme, they will have the opportunity to combine business studies with skills in data analytics and programming,' says Steffen Juranek, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs.
'NHH's new master's programme will provide students with a solid foundation in finance, accounting and market analysis, combined with advanced quantitative skills,' he adds.
Juranek emphasises that NHH's established master's programmes will continue to form the backbone of the school's educational offering.
The programme has been developed as a natural continuation of NHH's Bachelor's programme in Business, Economics and Data Science (BEDS), which was launched in 2024.
The programme will target students from BEDS, but applicants with equivalent backgrounds from other institutions will also be eligible.
Students from NHH's Bachelor's programme in Economics and Business Administration may apply provided they meet the requirements in areas such as mathematics and programming.
