You are welcome to stop by our stand every Wednesday from 10:00-12:15 by the Service Centre.

We also offer drop-in counselling: 

• Wednesday 10:00-12:15: Pre-approval of graduate courses 
• Wednesday 12:00-15:00: Double Degree programme 
• Wednesday 12:00-15:00: CEMS and incoming exchange

Unfortunately it is not possible to book counselling appointments with us in the autumn 2023 semester.

We have more frequent drop-ins during busy periods. This will be announced in the Canvas course "International Opportunities".

Our phone hours are Monday, Wednesday-Friday from 12:00-14:30. Our phone lines will unfortunately not be manned on Tuesdays.
