Simone Traini is an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting, Auditing and Law at NHH Norwegian School of Economics. He holds a Ph.D. (2019) in Accounting from the University of Warwick, a MSc in Economics (2015) from the University of Bath and a MSc in Accounting (2013) from LUISS University. He has been a visiting researcher in the Accounting Departments of Boston University (2023) and New York University (2018). His research interests include corporate tax planning, financial reporting, and shareholder activism.
