Why is ecological expensive?

There is small reason to criticize neither the grocery chain stores, nor the purveyors or ecolocigal farmers, for the high prices on ecological food. The entire explanation does not seem to be higher production costs, either, as clamied ny the market actors. The main explanation is rather, quite simply, consumer behavior, that is, the behavior of the group of consumers interested in buying ecolocigal, Øystein Foros writes.
