NHHdoc invites new and current PhD research scholars to an informal lunch gathering to kick off the semester. Due to the ongoing epidemiological situation in Bergen, we made a small change in our program. Please read more below.
NHHdoc - the PhD Association at NHH - invites new and current PhDs to an introductory lunch gathering on the 17th of August between 12:15 and 14:00 in the employee cafeteria (Personalkantinen).
UPDATE (August 12): Due to the ongoing epidemiological situation in Bergen, we made a small change in our program.
At 12:15, we will have a short (15 min) online meeting, considering many new PhDs outside Europe have not been able to travel to Norway yet. We would encourage PhDs from previous cohorts to join as well, so that those who are new and physically isolated can have the opportunity to say hi and get a little sense of (online) belonging with colleagues from other departments. Then, at 12:45, we will meet outdoors, behind the employee canteen. We will give out muffins and have a short break and chat. If the weather is bad, we will put an indoor table so that people can grab their snack without getting wet.
