    ONLINE EXCHANGE INITIATIVE

    Application period: 27 November - 10 December 2023

    ENGAGE.EU Online Exchange grants master's students at NHH the opportunity to partake in digital courses at one or several Engage universities. Students will have the opportunity to participate in a virtual and international classroom, and exchange opinions and ideas with other European students.

    Master's students who have not yet gone on exchange, or wishes to take additional elective courses, can apply to take courses through Engage. Students can apply to take one or several courses at any of the Engage universities simultaneously. 

    Students must apply directly to each school before the deadline each semester, and to the Section for International Relations for pre-approval of courses.

  • JOINT PROGRAMME IN DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

    JOINT PROGRAMME IN DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

    Are you a master student looking to expand your knowledge in digital strategy, growth, and leadership? Admission is now open for the ENGAGE.EU alliance’s Joint Programme in Digital Transformation» - a series of mini courses with innovative perspectives on digital transformation, taught in an international environment. The program consists of online courses from January to May 2024, concluding with an in-presence summer school in Mannheim in July 2024.

    Students can choose from seven different courses from ENGAGE.EU partners (Université Toulouse Capitole, Luiss University, Tilburg University, University of National and World Economy in Sofia, WU Wien, University of Mannheim).

    SIGNATURE COURSES AT NHH

    Do you want to gain international experience from home? NHH has developed two new master courses in collaboration with ENGAGE.EU partner universities. These are new, interdisciplinary, international courses that are taught online, with students from all over Europe. The courses can be included as electives in Msc in Economics and Business administration.

    NHH students can apply to participate in these ENGAGE.EU Signature courses in the autumn semester 2023. If you want to find out more about your online opportunities, go to the ENGAGE.EU Course catalogue.

  • Z-labs and X-labs

    Z-labs and X-labs

    Z-LABS

    Are you a 2nd year graduate student? Do you want to develop key skills in academic research and education with professional expertise and challenge-based approach?  

    The Z-Labs offer online lectures on Technology Transfer, Scenario analysis, and Sustainable Governance.  

    • Technology Transfer: 16 Feb, 23rd Feb and 1st March, 

    • Scenario Analysis: 8th March, 15th march and 22nd March, 

    • Sustainable Governance: 5th Apr, 12th Apr and 19th Apr. 

    X-LABS

    Our ENGAGE.EU partner in Rome invites NHH students to the “X-Labs” workshop series. 

    The X-Labs is an original format developed within the MSc Law, Digital Innovation and Sustainability (LDIS) at Luiss University in Rome. Participants work in teams together with mentors to create mission-oriented solutions to a set of posed challenges.  

    In 2024, X-labs will be held during 12 weeks from February to May, and a final pitching session in Rome, at the presence of partners, institutions, and stakeholders.

    SIGNATURE COURSE

    FUTURE OF WORK

    The course is offered to students at the following institutions: Vienna University of Economics and Business, University of Mannheim, Toulouse Capitole University and NHH Norwegian School of Economics. 

    In this course, students will work in cross-university teams applying the knowledge acquired in the online modules and are coached by an expert teaching at one of the four involved ENGAGE.EU partner institutions. Each of the four participating ENGAGE.EU institutions contribute one online module. The content of the modules deals with the future of work from different angles, including legal, sociological, business, and learning perspectives. Through the cooperation of people with diverse (academic) backgrounds, students gain theoretical knowledge on a current topic, relevant digital and organizational skills, and valuable experiences through cooperating with students from other institutions.

    Summer School in Toulouse "Artificial Intelligence and Societal Challenges"

    APPLICATION DEADLINE: 17 MARCH 2024

    Are you a bachelor student and have completed at least 60 ECTS credits?

    The ENGAGE.EU Summer School is an intensive, two-week summer program taught by professors and lecturers from leading European universities in business, economics, and the social sciences. In 2024, a summer school will be hosted at Toulouse Capitole University on the topic of “Artificial Intelligence and Societal Challenges”. This ENGAGE.EU Summer School will be organized as an integrated course, offering students multiple theoretical perspectives and practical skills related to artificial intelligence and societal challenges.

    • Level: bachelor student having completed 60 ECTS credits minimum at the time of application to the summer school
    • Online session: 10 June 2024
    • On campus: from 17-28 June 2024
    • ECTS Credits: 3

    Expedition week in Toulouse: "Climate change & Sustainibility"

    APPLICATION DEADLINE: 20 MARCH 2024

     

    Are you a 3rd-year bachelor student or a master student looking for intensive learning in an international environment?  

    ENGAGE.EU is now accepting applications for the Expedition Week in Toulouse with the following topic: “Climate change and sustainability challenges”. The expedition week is a one-week intensive programme, where students get to work on cases from the labour market together with students from all over Europe. Three thematics will be tackled during this week: the climate emergency for cities, sobriety, and circular economy and waste management at the scale of cities.  

    NHH covers part of the expenses for Expedition participation. 

    About the Expedition week:
