What personal data we collect and why

When you fill out your personal data in the registration form, we collect this data for the purpose of registering your participation in the event. We do not collect more personal data than necessary to achieve the purpose.

It is voluntary to provide information about yourself. However, an incomplete registration form will result in us not being able to register you for the event.

In addition, we process information about the participant's business/company/institutional affiliation, but this is not defined as personal data.

Processing and sharing of personal data

By filling out and submitting the registration form, you consent to NHH processing your personal data, as described in this privacy statement. NHH will use the personal data to complete the registration, communicate with you, and ask for your feedback about the event.

In connection with the registration, your data may be processed in NHH's systems and shared with third parties who perform registration, accommodation, entertainment or other services in connection with the event.

NHH will not sell or share your personal data with other third parties without your consent. NHH will only use your personal data to inform you about future events if you check the relevant box.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data that NHH has about you by sending a written request to postmottak@nhh.no.

You have the right to demand that NHH corrects or deletes personal data about you that you believe is not correct or outdated.

If you consent to receive information about future events, and no longer wish to receive such information, you can use the unsubscribe function.

Please note that there may be a photographer present at events to take pictures and film. The images will only be used for NHH's purposes for promoting the event and future events. If someone does not want to be photographed, we request that they make the photographer aware of this.
