Bio:
Sagar Gaikwad is a PhD Research Scholar in Strategy and Organizational Economics at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), where he has submitted his doctoral thesis on how established firms organize and govern radical innovation under technological and market uncertainty.
His research examines the governance and organization of innovation across and within firm boundaries. His work draws on ecosystem theory, transaction cost economics, knowledge management, and organizational ambidexterity, using systematic literature review and longitudinal qualitative research. His academic and professional background spans business and economics, management, sociology, and mechanical engineering.
