  • Student research assistants: AI, Platforms and/or CVC

    Student research assistants: AI, Platforms and/or CVC

    DIG is hiring research assistants for several research projects.  We are inviting applicants for positions starting from 15 March 2024 (or soon thereafter).

    We are specifically searching for candidates that will assist us with three exciting research areas:

    • The adoption of Artificial Intelligence in (Norwegian) industry,
    • Initiatives in Norwegian Corporate Venture Capital; and
    • Strategies, coordination, and governance on digital platforms.

    There are set of tasks required in the different projects. We are looking for candidates that master one or several of the tasks listed below:

    • Conducting comprehensive literature reviews,
    • Gathering, processing, and analyzing data,
    • Designing and programming surveys,
    • Collecting project background information and digitizing documents,
    • Performing data scraping and manipulation using R or Python,
    • Undertaking other related tasks as needed.

    The expected workload ranges from 5 to 10 hours per week. Depending on the project, fluency in both Norwegian and English may be required. For those interested in integrating their work into their master's thesis, arrangements can be made with project leaders to utilize the data accordingly.

  • Student research Assistants: Boardroom Diversity and/or Silver Economy

    Student research Assistants: Boardroom Diversity and/or Silver Economy

    DIG is hiring research assistants for two research projects. We are inviting applicants for positions starting from 15 March 2024 or soon thereafter.  

    We are specifically searching for candidates that will assist us with two exciting research areas:  

    • Diversity in the Board Room 
    • Handling the Emerging Silver Economy (super-aged society)  

    For the first project (Board Room), we are looking for candidates that master the following tasks:   

    • Conducting comprehensive literature reviews
    • Gathering, processing, and analyzing data 

    Excellent knowledge of Norwegian language is required as we need to document the status and development on diversity in Norwegian-based Boards of Directors. 

    For the second project (Silver Economy), we are looking for candidates that master the following tasks: 

    • Collecting, documenting and systematizing information on existing research projects and communities on the Silver Economy 

    Excellent knowledge of Norwegian language is required as we need to develop an overview of existing research within Norway 

    The expected workload is approximately 100 hours in total. The work can be done on a weekly basis (from 5 to 10 hours per week) or more intensively.

  • Student administrative assistants

    Student administrative assistants

    DIG is hiring student assistants to support administrative tasks. We invite applicants for positions starting from 15 March 2024 or shortly thereafter.

    As a part of our active research environment, you will gain insights into the research activities at our center. Your role will include supporting these activities and facilitating their communication both within and outside NHH. Your tasks will involve support in:

    • organizing workshops, breakfast meetings, seminars, etc.
    • setting up monthly newsletters and managing social media.
    • updating and creating content for the website.
    • handling ongoing administrative task

    The expected workload ranges from 5 to 10 hours per week. Fluency in both Norwegian and English is required.
