This digital lecture was mainly groomed towards industry partners who would be interested in topics such as digitalization and ecosystems, within the context of insurance.

The lecture covered topics such as new trends in insurance with industry examples, strategic and competitive implications of digitalization and AI in the insurance context, theoretical basics of ecosystems, orchestration, and value network approach to organizing product/services.

The second part of the lecture focused on a real-world case study from Germany and provided insights into the process of adopting an ecosystem mode of organizing for insurance, while moving away from traditional paper-based mode.

Lastly, this lecture could be viewed as a precursor to an ecosystem themed workshop that is in the making and would be made available to industry partners soon.
