The Nordic Media Programme combines academic insight with practical leadership development for senior media executives. Through expert lectures, peer learning, strategic frameworks and structured reflection, participants work on concrete leadership and strategy challenges drawn from their own organisations.

The programme addresses how media leaders can better understand audiences, integrate AI into strategic decision‑making, and lead change responsibly in a complex and rapidly evolving industry. Learning takes place through four in‑person workshops across the Nordic region, supported by a preparatory process and a digital kick‑off, and is facilitated by academics and experienced leadership coaches.

Target Group

The programme is designed for media professionals in senior leadership roles, both editorial and commercial, who want to strengthen their leadership practice, build strategic capacity and develop new approaches to leading through complexity and change.

Participants are typically directors and CEOs, editors‑in‑chief and publishers, department heads, and designated successors to senior leadership roles.
