  • Admission requirements

    Admission requirements

    For educational background, either:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Cand.mag. degree
    • Other degree or vocational education of at least 3 years' degree

    Education that is approved as equivalent to the above degrees or courses in accordance with section 3-4 of the Act on Universities and Colleges. NHH may in special cases approve other documented qualifications as wholly or partly equivalent to the educational programs mentioned above.

    In addition, at least two years of relevant professional practice is required.

  • Application


    Upload the original documents that you received from the educational institution. All documentation must be in either a Scandinavian language or English, officially issued by your previous institutions or in a certified translation.   • Tuition fee and costs

    Tuition fee and costs

    The tuition fee is NOK 150 000.

    This includes teaching, literature, lunch and refreshments in the breaks.

    Other costs:

    Accommodation and evening meals in Bergen/Oslo will cost approx. NOK 10 000 (optional).

    Travel and housing concering the study trip are stipulated to NOK 15 000.

    The university fee to Sammen (student union) will cost NOK 600 per semester (§ 15 in the regulation on student unions).

    NHH does not offer scholarships.

  • Scope and dureation

    Scope and dureation

    The master module is a part-time study of 12 months, and the total scope is 30 credits (ECTS) at master level.

  • Mandatory attendance

    Mandatory attendance

    The master module has mandatory attendance. The particular characteristics of the module require an active and committed effort. This means that there must be an advance agreement with your employer on leave to attend the sessions.

  • Syllabus


    NHH will order literature packages that are normally sent out in advance of the master module/semester. In addition, there is required reading that will be made available electronically.

  • Payment terms

    Payment terms

    Tuition and exam fees are billed in advance of each semester. The first invoice is sent after the first meeting.

    The invoice will be sent directly to you as a student, at your registered email address. If the employer is to pay for the study, you must clarify with your employer how this is to be done.
